How Do I Submit a Lead as a Partner?

Submitting leads is a key part of the Surfe Partner Program. The process varies slightly depending on your partnership tier—Affiliates or Solution Providers. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you submit leads effectively.

Submitting Leads as an Affiliate

As an Affiliate, you have two ways to submit leads:

1. Using Your Affiliate Link:

   • Log in to Kiflo, the partner portal.

   • Find your unique affiliate link under the “Links” section.

   • Share this link with your audience. Leads who sign up using your link will be automatically tracked and credited to your account.

2. Using the Lead Submission Form:

• Log in to Kiflo.

• Navigate to the Lead Submission Form section.

• Provide the following details:

  • Company Name

  • Main Contact Full Name

  • Main Contact Email

Submitting Leads as a Solution Provider

As a Solution Provider, you submit leads using the Deal Creation Form in Kiflo.

1. Log in to Kiflo:

   • Navigate to the Deal Creation Form section.

2. Provide Lead Details:

   • Fill out the required fields, including:

     • Main Contact Information (company name, contact full name, email)

     • Estimated Number of Seats/Plan/Currency the lead might require

Tracking Your Leads

Once a lead or deal is successfully submitted:

• The lead will appear in the Customers Tab in Kiflo once it converts.

• Use the Customers Tab to monitor the status of your leads and manage your pipeline effectively.
