How Surfe Identifies Contacts & Companies:

• Contacts & Leads: Surfe first checks the Profile URL in your CRM. If it's missing, we use the Profile ID. If that’s also unavailable, we match by first and last name.

• Companies: Surfe identifies companies using the company website or Profile URL from your CRM.

This is why it’s crucial to map the Profile URL in your field mappings for contacts, leads, and companies to ensure accurate identification.
