New Search filter! Job Changes in Surfe Search

How to use the Job Change filter

1. Open the Search tab inside the Surfe App.
   ​

2. In the left filter panel, look for Job Changes.
   ​

3. You can choose the time period for when the job change happened (ex: last 30 days, last 60 days, etc).
   ​

4. You can also apply Previous Company filters to narrow further based on where they were before.

Surfe will then return only leads matching these criteria.

How to read results

• Leads with a recent job change will show a Job changes tag directly under their name in the results list.

• Hover the tag to see:
  ​
  ​

  • the person’s current role
    ​

  • past experiences
    ​

This gives you context quickly without having to open each profile individually.
